Our commitment

We provide our platform and services in a non-discriminatory manner and expect listing advertisers, agents, landlords, and renters to comply with fair housing requirements in their use of vive.us.
Listings and advertising
Listings on vive.us must comply with fair housing laws. We expect listing content and advertising to be free of discriminatory language or preferences based on protected characteristics. We may remove or reject listings that violate this standard and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate fair housing or our Posting Policy.
Inquiries and platform use
We do not restrict or steer users based on protected characteristics. Inquiries and lead data are passed to the relevant listing advertiser or agent for the purpose of responding to rental interest. We expect our partners and users to evaluate applicants and conduct showings and transactions in accordance with fair housing laws. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination in connection with a listing or inquiry on vive.us, we encourage you to contact the listing advertiser or agent and, as appropriate, your local fair housing agency or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Equal housing opportunity
vive.us supports equal housing opportunity. We do not tolerate discriminatory conduct in listings, messaging, or use of the platform. Users who post listings or interact with renters are responsible for their own compliance with fair housing and equal-opportunity laws. We may cooperate with authorities in connection with investigations of discrimination.
