Posting Policy
This Posting Policy applies to anyone who submits or publishes rental listings on vive.us. By posting a listing, you agree to these rules. Listing submissions and publishing are subject to compliance with this policy; vive.us may remove or suspend listings that do not comply.
Legal authority or permission to advertise
You may only post a listing if you have legal authority or permission to advertise the property. This includes owners, authorized property managers, licensed agents or brokers acting within the scope of their authority, and others with valid rights to market the property. You represent that you have such authority when you publish a listing on vive.us. Posting without authority may result in removal of the listing and suspension of your account.
Rights to photos and media
You must have the right to use all photos and other media you upload or include in a listing. You may not use images or content that belong to others without permission or that infringe copyright or other rights. By submitting photos and media, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that their use on vive.us does not violate any third party's rights. We may remove listings that include unauthorized or infringing content.
Accurate and current listing information
Listing information must be accurate and current. You must not knowingly post false or misleading information about the property, including address, price, availability, features, square footage, or terms. You are responsible for updating listings when material facts change (e.g., property is leased, rent or availability changes). Inaccurate or outdated listings may be removed and may violate our Terms of Use.
Fair housing compliance
All listings and related content must comply with applicable fair housing laws. You must not discriminate or express preferences based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. Listings that contain discriminatory language or preferences will be removed. We take fair housing seriously; see our Fair Housing page for our commitment and expectations.
Agent and broker attribution
Where applicable, you must provide correct agent and/or brokerage attribution as required by your license, agreement, or law. This may include the listing agent's name, brokerage name, and license number where required. vive.us may display this attribution on the public listing. Failure to provide required attribution or providing false attribution may result in removal of the listing or suspension of your account.
Removal or suspension of listings for compliance
vive.us may remove or suspend any listing at any time, with or without prior notice, for compliance with this Posting Policy, our Terms of Use, applicable law, or for operational or safety reasons. We may also reject listings before publication. By posting on vive.us, you understand and agree that we have the right to remove or suspend your listing in these circumstances and that we are not liable to you for such removal or suspension.
