Getting started

What is vive.us?

vive.us is a real estate platform that keeps everything—properties, values, documents, and lease details—in one clear place. Whether you own, rent, or are exploring a purchase, vive.us gives you a single dashboard to stay organized and make better decisions.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. You can enter any property address at vive.us/explore without creating an account. We’ll show you what the platform can do for that address—then you can create a free account to save it and unlock your full dashboard.

How do I get started?

Click “Create account” to sign up. During onboarding you’ll add at least one property address to complete setup. After that, your dashboard is ready—add more properties, track values, and use the tools that fit your situation.

Is there a cost?

Creating an account and adding properties is free. If any feature or service has a separate fee we’ll communicate that clearly before you commit to anything.

Managing properties

How do I add or manage my properties?

After signing in, go to your dashboard and click “Add property.” Enter the address and we’ll pull in available details like estimated market value. You can add as many properties as you own or manage, and update or remove them any time.

What property details does vive.us track?

For each property we store the address, estimated market value, and any documents or key dates you attach. Florida property owners also see local tax-deadline reminders and early-payment discount schedules directly on their dashboard.

I have multiple properties. Can I manage all of them?

Yes. Add as many properties as you need. Your dashboard shows every address at a glance with values, status, and quick actions—so you can manage your entire portfolio from one screen instead of jumping between tools.

Leasing & renting

How does leasing work on vive.us?

Owners can share a pre-screen link with prospective renters. Renters fill out a quick form—no account required—so you can review qualified applicants faster and spend less time on unsuitable leads. Once a tenant is placed, store the lease, key dates, and documents at the property level.

I’m a renter looking for a place. What can I do?

If a landlord sends you a pre-screen link, you can fill it out in about a minute with no account needed. You can also create a free account to add your current rental, track lease dates, and keep important documents organized in one place.

I’m a tenant in an existing lease. Is vive.us useful for me?

Absolutely. Add your rental address and use your dashboard to track your lease end date, renewal deadlines, rent due dates, and documents—all in one spot so nothing slips through the cracks.

What is the renter pre-screen?

The pre-screen is a short questionnaire that landlords share with prospective tenants to quickly assess fit before a showing or formal application. Renters complete it at vive.us/prescreen with no account required. Results go directly to the listing owner.

Buying & selling

Can I use vive.us to buy or sell a property?

Buying and selling tools are actively in development. You can already add properties you’re considering to your dashboard to compare values and keep notes. Full buy-and-sell support—offers, timelines, and agent coordination—is coming soon.

Account & privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use secure, industry-standard sign-in and store your data privately. We do not sell or share your personal or property information with third parties for marketing purposes. You can log out or request account deletion at any time.
