What is vive.us?

vive.us is a rental marketplace for South Florida. Renters can browse verified listings by city, request showings, or share a short renter profile so a concierge real estate specialist can coordinate tours across properties that fit their budget and qualifications—fewer dead-end visits, more purposeful showings. Agents and landlords can post a listing once and reach renters on vive.us, Google, and Facebook Marketplace, with qualified interest captured through the same profile flow. We also offer property management tools (values, taxes, documents) in one place.

How do I find rentals?

Go to Browse Rentals in the main menu or visit vive.us/rentals. You'll see listings by city and featured rentals with price, beds, baths, and availability. Click any listing to view details and request a showing. For concierge help—including tours coordinated across multiple properties that fit your situation—start your renter profile at vive.us/renter-profile or use vive.us/rentals/request to describe what you're looking for.

Which areas do you cover?

We focus on South Florida, with dedicated pages for Weston, Plantation, Sunrise, Davie, Coral Springs, and Pembroke Pines. Listings and rental help are available in these cities and nearby areas.

I want to list my rental. How does it work?

Click Post a Listing in the menu or go to vive.us/list-your-property. You add your rental once; we put it in front of renters on the vive.us marketplace (and Google), generate a listing for Facebook Marketplace when you use our MLS Supply Engine, and deliver renter leads through the same renter profile flow. You manage inquiries in one dashboard. Create a free account to get started.

What is the renter profile?

It's a short form (about a minute, no account) that captures budget, timing, and basics so we can see which rentals are a realistic fit. For renters, that means a concierge real estate specialist can line up tours—including visits to multiple properties—without sending you to places you're unlikely to qualify for. For landlords and agents, the same submission is a qualified lead you can use before or alongside scheduling showings. Links can be generic (vive.us/renter-profile) or tied to a specific listing. Older vive.us/prescreen links redirect to the same page.

Do you offer AI or SEO help for property descriptions in Miami?

When you list and publish through vive.us, descriptions are written to work across discovery channels while you supply the facts. For solo agents who draft in ChatGPT or Gemini first, we publish a free Miami-specific AI prompt library you can copy and adapt at vive.us/ai-property-description-generator-miami—always edit for accuracy, broker rules, and fair housing before MLS or ads.

Getting started

Do I need an account to browse rentals?

No. You can browse listings, view prices and details, and request a showing or rental help without an account. Create a free account if you want to list a property, manage your rentals, or track your own lease and documents.

How do I get started?

Renters: browse listings, start your renter profile at vive.us/renter-profile for fit-first tours with a concierge specialist, or request help at vive.us/rentals/request. Landlords and agents: click Post a Listing and create a free account; you'll add at least one property during onboarding, then your dashboard is ready. You can publish listings to the public site and share the renter profile link to capture qualified interest.

Is there a cost?

Creating an account and adding properties is free. Browsing rentals, submitting your renter profile, and rental-help forms is free. If any feature or service has a separate fee we'll communicate that clearly before you commit.

Managing properties

How do I add or manage my properties?

After signing in, go to your dashboard and click Add property. Enter the address and optional estimated value. You can add multiple properties, edit or remove them anytime, and choose which ones to publish to the public rentals site so they appear in Browse Rentals and on city pages.

What property details does vive.us track?

For each property we store the address, estimated market value, documents, and key dates. You can track taxes, insurance, and homestead exemption. Florida property owners see local tax-deadline reminders and early-payment discount schedules. For rentals, you can set price, beds, baths, availability, and description so they show correctly on the marketplace.

What is the “real estate hub”?

Your real estate hub (Solutions → Your real estate hub) is one place for every property you own: values, taxes, insurance, and homestead exemption. You get reminders so you know the right moment to act—whether you’re selling, buying, or refinancing. It’s for owners who want to stay organized without spreadsheets.

Leasing & renter profiles

How does leasing work on vive.us?

List your rental on vive.us (Post a Listing). Your listing appears on the marketplace and city SEO pages; you can also use the MLS Supply Engine to generate a Facebook Marketplace listing. Share the renter profile link so prospects submit fit details without an account—you see qualified interest in one place, schedule showings with better context, and when a tenant is in place you can store the lease and documents at the property level.

I'm a renter. What can I do?

Browse Rentals by city and request a showing on any listing. For tours coordinated across multiple properties that fit your budget and qualifications, start your renter profile at vive.us/renter-profile—a concierge real estate specialist uses it to line up visits you're more likely to succeed on. If a landlord sends you a listing-specific profile link, it's the same short form (about a minute, no account). You can also use vive.us/rentals/request for concierge help. With a free account you can add your current rental and track lease dates and documents.

What is the renter profile link?

The link opens the renter profile form (vive.us/renter-profile or a property-specific URL under /properties/.../renter-profile). Renters submit budget, timing, and basics—no account required. You receive a qualified lead and can coordinate fit-first tours; renters get a path toward multiple showings with specialist help when they start from the generic form or concierge flow.

Buying & selling

Can I use vive.us to buy or sell a property?

Yes. We have a Buying & selling solution under Solutions: track properties you're considering, compare options, manage your listing when selling, and keep documents and milestones in one place. We're still adding features such as offers and agent coordination.

Account & privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use secure, industry-standard sign-in (Auth0) and store your data privately. We do not sell or share your personal or property information with third parties for marketing. You can log out or request account deletion at any time.
