We use this to connect you with listing advertisers or agents and to send rental alerts or follow-up communications you have requested.

Agents, landlords, and listing publishers. When you create an account, add or edit properties, or publish listings, we collect account information (e.g., email, name from your login provider), property and listing details, and any advertiser or brokerage information you provide. We use this to operate the marketplace, display listings, and communicate with you about your account and listings.

General users. If you contact us, sign up for updates, or use other site features, we collect the information you submit (e.g., email, message content) to respond and provide the requested service.

Use of lead and prescreen data

Lead data (e.g., from showing requests, rental requests, and rental alert forms) and pre-screen data (from pre-screen applications) are used to:

• Forward inquiries to the relevant listing advertiser, agent, or property manager so they can respond to you
• Send you rental alerts or notifications you have requested
• Fulfill the purpose of the form you submitted (e.g., schedule a showing, pre-qualify for a property)
• Improve our platform and services (e.g., analytics in aggregated, non-personally-identifying form)

We do not sell your lead or prescreen data to third parties for their marketing. We may share it with the listing advertiser or agent associated with the property or inquiry, and with service providers who help us operate the site (subject to the section on third-party providers below).

We use third-party and service providers to host the website, send email, support authentication, run analytics, and perform other operations necessary to run vive.us. These providers may process personal information on our behalf and are contractually or legally required to protect that information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes. Our providers may be located in the United States or other countries; by using vive.us, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in those locations.
